Band Together
9th Grade - 12th Grade

Band Together focuses on New Orleans landmarks and historical figures to deepen high school students' understanding of their city's rich cultural history. This season's program will focus on the Orpheum Theater, which reopened in August of 2015. In addition to learning about the Orpheum, students will have an opportunity to perform with the LPO on the finale of this concert.

Participating schools will have five rehearsals with an LPO musician (at no additional cost!) to work on the music.

The fee for the concert is $6 per student ($3 for Title I schools) and $6 per adult (with 1 FREE for every 10 students). For more information, or to register your school, please call or email Director of Education & Community Engagement Amanda Wuerstlin at 504-523-6530, ext. 501.
