PLAY DAT! is a side-by-side concert in which more than 100 avocational musicians and students rehearse and perform with the LPO in one day.
Music is provided for basic, intermediate, and advanced skill levels to encourage a broad range of community members to participate.
Participants receive music, a Play Dat! participant t-shirt, and lunch with LPO musicians.
Sectional or small group instruction is offered only with purchase of Play Dat Plus!
LPO’s Play Dat! is made possible by a grant from the New Orleans Theatre Association (NOTA).

Play Dat Plus! gives you the opportunity to elevate your playing in a small group lesson with your LPO section leader the week before Play Dat!
