Subscriber Request Forms

Thank you for subscribing to the LPO's 2025-26 Season.

If you need to request a seat change or concert exchange you may do so by visiting the links below to submit your request by. Requests will be processed in the order in which they are received. We may call or email with questions to confirm your requests.

All requests must be submitted by May 31. Concert exchanges will take place as requests are placed, and we cannot guarantee your seats will be available for exchanges. As always, exchanges can take place at any time during the season by contacting Patron Services.

Emailed tickets will be sent in August.
E-tickets can also be accessed via your LPO account once they are available.
Mailed tickets will be sent in August.
We will send reminders & updates to the phone number & email address on file- please ensure your contact information is up to date when you renew!

If you don’t not receive your tickets by September 1, 2025, please contact Patron Services.
