Season Subscriptions

The Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra invites you into our 2026–27 Season—twelve bold orchestral programs, intimate chamber performances, and special events that travel from Rachmaninoff and Mahler to tango, folk traditions, and powerful new American voices. You’ll hear music that dazzles, unsettles, and ultimately brings us together, performed across the Orpheum Theater, New Marigny Theatre, Fuhrmann Auditorium, and beyond.

A subscription secures your seat for the full journey, with priority access, flexible benefits, and the peace of knowing your place in the hall is set.
One season. One subscription. Music that stays with you long after the final note.

From Music Director
Matthew Kraemer

Welcome to the Louisiana Philharmonic’s 2026-27 season! We have curated a year of music that feels both deeply familiar and thrillingly new. We ignite the season with the soaring passion of Rachmaninoff’s Second Piano Concerto and bring it to a monumental close with two epic tributes to Beethoven: his spiritual Missa Solemnis and the revolutionary "Eroica" Symphony.

In honor of America’s 250th anniversary, we are celebrating the sounds of our own backyard. Alongside American masters, we are proud to debut several world premieres by New Orleans and Louisiana-based composers. We are also delighted to welcome back Music Director Laureate Carlos Miguel Prieto to the podium. This year truly belongs to our musicians; many of our own LPO artists will take center stage as featured soloists, including an intimate, conductorless performance of Dvořák.

The LPO is more than an orchestra; it is a community fueled by your passion and presence. Our music only truly comes to life when shared with you. Whether you are a long-time friend or joining us for the first time, I encourage you to subscribe today and secure your seat for this historic season. I cannot wait to share these unforgettable moments with you.

Welcome to the 2026-27 season!
