We kick off our 24-25 season with an LPO premier of LSU professor Brian Raphael Nabors’ Pulse, which explores several phases and colorful variants of rhythm all held together by an unwavering pulse.” We close the program with two well-known French compositions, Dukas’ beloved The Sorcerer’s Apprentice and Berlioz’s thrilling masterpiece, Symphonie Fantastique.
