A pre-concert talk will take place from 6:30pm to 7:00pm.

This program opens with Grammy Award-winning composer Jessie Montgomery’s work inspired by the multi-cultural sounds of New York City, followed by Samuel Coleridge-Taylor’s dramatic incidental music for the Shakespeare play Othello. We close with one of Tchaikovsky’s most powerful and emotive symphonies, the No. 5 in E minor.
